Math for Week of May 16-20, 2016

This week in Math we will practice skills we have learned during the year.  We will also play games using these skills.

Biology May 9-13, 2016

This week we will learn about the circulatory system:  the heart, blood, blood vessels, arteries, and veins.  We will dissect a pig heart to observe the four chambers and the pumping mechanism.  It will be awesome, as it compares very closely to the human heart.

Biology May 2-6, 2016

We have So Much to cover in a very short time - where has the time gone??  So, get ready to buckle down and work hard with me.  We are learning about the human body:

May 2 - 6:  We are learning about the skeletal system, muscular system, and respiratory system
May 9-13:  We are learning about the circulatory system, digestive system, and excretory system (heart dissection)
May 16 - 29: We are learning about the nervous system and endocrine system (brain dissection)
May 23-25:  We are learning about the reproductive system
