Reading for Week of January 11- 15, 2016

This week we will change how we are doing our Reading and History. This week we will read Chapters 9-12 in Blood on the River James Town 1607 by Elisa Carbone.  We will discuss these chapters all at one time.  Please have students read them on Monday evening.  Monday we will create of map of Jamestown and write in our journals.

Reading will be done on Mondays and Tuesdays and History will be done on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Monday night, please have students read Chapters 9- 12 for discussion on Tuesday. On Monday we will create a map of Jamestown and write in our Journals.

Don't worry about History for Monday or Tuesday.

For our Gala Project, we are decorating a bookcase.  If your child has old books they don't read anymore and you would like to donate them for the project, please send them to school.  These books will be taken apart and the pages will be used as decorations on the bookcase.  If your child can not bare to part with their books, I certainly understand.
